Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Three or more years in community organizing, housing advocacy, or case management.
• Strong knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and tenant protections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; proficient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate direct tenant services and case management across a complex caseload.
• Engage properties and community partners to ensure housing stability and program delivery.
• Monitor laws, advocate for tenants, and lead tenant rights workshops and outreach.
• Maintain documentation, track deliverables, and support contract compliance.
