Texas Tenant Law is seeking a Texas-licensed litigation attorney for a high-responsibility role handling a broad landlord-tenant docket. The position offers meaningful courtroom work, ownership of cases, flexible scheduling, and a hybrid/remote setup with in-person court appearances when required.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas.
• At least 2 years of practicing attorney experience.
• Litigation and courtroom experience.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and court appearances.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and verbal advocacy skills.
• Working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence.
• Professional reliability, responsiveness, accountability, and integrity.

Responsibilities
