Job summary

Carr Lane Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist (Temporary) in St. Louis, MO, to lead a short-term warehouse reorganization project through December 31, 2026.

You will work with the Director of Manufacturing and Warehouse Supervisor to optimize storage, update ERP in real time, and coordinate with multiple teams. This contract role may lead to full-time consideration for strong performers. Typical project-based duties include space optimization, inventory accuracy, and process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience working on projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with good communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Reorganize item and product storage according to an established layout plan.
• Identify storage locations and adjust product placement to maximize space.
• Update the ERP system to reflect all location changes in real time.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control, Order Picking and Packing teams.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Purchasing to support scheduling and inventory.
• Consolidate inventory into drawers to maximize utilization.
• Assist with cycle counts as needed.
