Job summary

Eppendorf is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound processes, using SAP WMS after training to manage receipts, labeling, assembly, and stock movements. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety-enabled forklift operation, and accurate order fulfillment in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED plus 1+ year of related warehouse experience, be eligible to work, and pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inbound processing: compare packing slips with bills of lading, invoices, and orders; maintain PO and packing slip files.
• Use SAP WMS to enter records, perform receipts, and create production bundles; handle inventory transactions, label creation, and movement into stock.
• Ensure inventory integrity; identify discrepancies, process returns, inspect materials against finished goods standards, barcode-label products going into stock.
• Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely to move products between warehouse areas.
• Prepare outbound shipments: examine stock, package, label, and sort by destination, including dealer orders for weekly pickup.
• Verify orders for accuracy (product, quantities, addresses) and document issues for follow-up.

• Use SAP WMS (after training) and related systems to enter records, perform receipts and create production bundles, including inventory transactions, label creation, assembly and moving finished bundles into stock.
• Ensure inventory integrity by identifying product or inventory discrepancies, processing returns, inspecting materials against finished‑goods standards and correctly barcode‑labeling all products going into stock.
• Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely to load/unload trucks and move products between warehouse, shipping/receiving and storage areas.
