TEKsystems is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a contract position based in Austin, TX. The role supports inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping, while following safety protocols.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work at a sustained pace in a physically demanding environment. Prior experience with WMS and scanners is a plus, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick, pack, ship, or stow roles.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for full-shift duration.
• Lift up to 49 lbs unassisted, with team lift for heavier items.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment competency.
• Basic proficiency with handheld scanners or computer terminals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound deliveries.
• Stow products in designated locations per SOPs.
• Scan and record inventory data with WMS or scanners.
• Package items securely and prepare for outbound shipment.
• Verify order accuracy before release for dispatch.
