Job summary

Andy Frain Services, Inc. is seeking Temporary Event Security Officers (Unarmed) for a music event and 5k run in West Palm Beach, November 6–8. Officers will manage access control, post observation, and crowd flow, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff.

You will wear a uniform, maintain a professional appearance, and use two-way radios. Candidates must meet licensing and background requirements, speak clear English, and be able to stand for

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• Shall be 21 years of age or older.
• Must maintain physical health consistent with demands of performance.
• Must have Class D Security License.
• Must be able to speak and write in detailed English.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
• Pass a regulated drug test (where required).
• Must have clean driving record (for certain job duties).

Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time and in full uniform.
• Ensure the safety and security of property, employees and residents.
• Security Officer will communicate with the local Police Department and any other entity pursuing the same objective.
• Security officers must have knowledge and be aware of the surrounding area wheresecurity officer services are being performed.
• Communicate via the use of two-way radio and cell phone.
• Observe and report suspicious or unusual situations to immediate supervisor and law enforcement when necessary and be proactive in identifying and reporting potentialproblems.
• Perform periodic patrol at required areas and register patrol on electronicmonitoring devices.

Job Summary:

Unarmed Security Officers are to be provided for a music event and 5k run in West Palm Beach (November 6th – 8th). As a Security Officer you will ensure a safe, organized, and welcominingvironment for attendees, high-profile speakers, exhibitors, and venue staff. This role combinesaccess control, active post monitoring, and proactive crowd management. Security officers mustmaintain a professional image with exceptional customer service to support a smoothexperience.

Special Considerations:

Officers must be willing and able to work in challenging weatherconditions to include heat, cold, wind and rain. Officers will be exposed to these weatherelements as they are performing their job duties and standing for extended periods of timewill be required at certain posts.
