Job summary

Bell & Evans is seeking a Temporary-to-Permanent Production Associate to join our Fredericksburg production team. This is a full-time, regular direct labor role on multiple shifts, focused on processing and handling poultry products.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle, weigh, pack, and inspect products, and follow safety and quality standards. Candidates must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and currently employed with Bell & Evans through a third-party staffing

About the Opportunity

Bell & Evans is seeking current third-party team members to be considered for direct employment opportunities within our Production team.

As a ByProduct Production Associate, you will perform a variety of duties related to the processing and handling of poultry products. Responsibilities may include handling, processing, packing, weighing, moving, and inspecting poultry products.

Your previous experience working at Bell & Evans through a staffing agency can provide valuable experience with our work environment, safety expectations, quality standards, and production processes.

Shift: 1st Shift, 2nd and 3rd

• Working in different departments as production needs require.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must currently be working at Bell & Evans through a third-party staffing agency.
• Must demonstrate a strong work history and commitment to the position.
• Previous poultry production or food manufacturing experience is preferred.
