CohnReznick is seeking a Tax Senior Associate in New Jersey. You will lead engagement teams for family offices and private clients, manage pre-engagement planning, and deliver high-quality tax services.
The role requires 3–5 years of public accounting tax experience and strong client-facing skills. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, with a Masters in Accounting/Taxation and CPA/JD/EA credentials preferred.

This position is rooted within the Operating Partnerships, Flow Through Entities and Family Offices, Private Client Services practice with a focus on tax services for Family Offices. We work with clients to help them achieve their goals around complex financial matters tied to their business, individual and familial needs. The right candidate will own the attributes of executive presence and emotional intelligence, as well as having a growth mindset. They will also be eager to collaborate on client teams, thought leadership, webinars, and seminars while remaining results focused on assisting both internal and external clients in achieving their wide-ranging goals.

In Maryland, the salary range for Tax Senior Associates is $85,000 - $125,000 and in New Jersey, $85,000- $140,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate's geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus; generous paid time off; expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few.
