Prime Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month on-site assignment in Dover, NJ to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will use iCIMS ATS/CRM, Boolean search and advanced sourcing to build pipelines, coordinate interviews, track metrics, and partner with hiring leaders to meet urgent staffing needs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This temporary 6-month assignment supports critical hiring initiatives and workforce needs while partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract and secure top clinical and non-clinical talent.

Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, they leverage advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, they execute strategic workforce plans to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term organizational goals while maintaining a strong, metrics-driven focus.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
• Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $64,209.60 to $86,673.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
