Job summary

WK Kellogg Co is seeking a Temporary Student Support – Quality, Food Safety Technical Analyst (Certifications) to assist with managing certification documentation, compliance analytics, and reporting. This part-time, hybrid role runs Oct 2026 through May 2027 with 20-25 hours weekly, onsite at our Battle Creek HQ.

The position supports FDA licensing renewal, data gathering for investigations, and creation of reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at an accredited college or university working toward a degree in a business-related field.
• Junior or senior who is graduating after December 2027 is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Teams, and/or Sharepoint.
• Experience with Power BI and/or SAP a plus

Responsibilities

• Update and manage documentation required to maintain certifications with Fair Trade USA, Fairtrade Canada/certification process, Kosher, Organic, Non-GMO and Gluten Free
• Communicate with R&D group to obtain needed records that support certification updates
• Interact with Quality team members at HQ and Manufacturing Plants to aid in gathering information to analyze Food Safety related investigations
• Assist in FDA Licensing renewal and management of our Manufacturing locations
• Support information gathering, analytics, submission with micro lab testing results
• Compose reports and presentations
• Assist with meeting and event planning

As Temporary Student Support – Quality, Food Safety Technical Analyst (Certifications) you will support Management of Food Certifications Documentation, Compliance Analytics, & Reporting.

This position is a part-time Temporary Student Support (TSS) assignment that runs from October 2026 through May 2027 with the potential for an extension. Overall, this role averages 20 - 25 hours per week . Hours do not have to be consecutive; they can be spread throughout the week. This position is hybrid and will require some onsite work at our headquarters in Battle Creek, MI.
