Job summary

Shoe Carnival in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find shoes and complete purchases. You’ll operate the register, handle cash, and process returns, while sharing promotions and the Shoe Perks program with shoppers.

We offer a supportive team environment with flexible part-time hours, on-the-job training, and a fast-paced retail atmosphere. The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and assist with finding shoes and accessories.

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Must be at least 16 years old
