Job summary

Shoe Station is seeking a friendly Store Associate to greet customers, help them find footwear, and operate the register with accuracy. You’ll engage with customers, share promotions, and maintain tidy, well-stocked displays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting with returns, and supporting store cleanliness while delivering excellent service. Positions offer flexible part-time hours and on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Great communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
