Jockey International is seeking team members in Jackson, NJ to warmly greet all customers and identify their needs using product knowledge. You will help drive store sales, assist with merchandising, and promote Jockey Rewards membership while maintaining policy adherence and a safe, clean environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and reliable execution of store standards to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Formación

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to move 25 pounds.
• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and ascending/descending ladder to stock and merchandise store.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Engage all customers to identify their needs and utilize product knowledge to offer solutions and meet their needs.
• Assist in driving all aspects of store level sales and profitability.
