KBR Careers is seeking Temporary Sewing Technicians to support NASA at the Johnson Space Center in Webster, Texas. Qualifications
Proficiency with Straight Stitch, Walking Foot, Bartack, Buttonhole, and 3-Thread Rolled Hem Serger.
Ability to ensure quality and accuracy of product fabrication.
Responsibilities
Sew materials by hand and/or machine to join, gather, and decorate articles.
Cut materials according to specifications.
Monitor machine operation and adjust as necessary.
Record processed materials in production logs.
Skills
Proficient in industrial sewing machines
Reading soft-goods fabrication drawings
Fabrication of soft-goods patterns
