Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) seeks a highly motivated Temporary Seasonal General Laborer to support field operations, ground clearing, tree removal, vegetation management and other general duties.

This 6-10 week assignment requires outdoor work in varied weather, ability to lift 50-60 pounds, and a valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year MVR. Pay is $22-24 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and federal background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a 5-year clean MVR.
• Ability to travel out of state and be gone for 2 weeks if needed.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Large debris pickup.
• Performs mowing and weed-eating.
• Performs weed cutting and removal.
• Tree cutting experience is a plus.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses all power tools safely.
• Uses all equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
