Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR/First Aid certificate is required (District 11 can provide training).
• Medication Administration Training and Health Tech Orientation provided by District 11 Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration.
• Performs minor first aid; contacts parent when indicated.
• Assists with updating and maintaining health files and computer records.
• Maintains health room log and health-related documentation.
• Assists with health and health related screenings and appropriate follow-up.
• Assists with personal care and monitoring for student safety.

Education
