Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience across our store in Washington. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and support ongoing store operations.

The role involves handling transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, following loss prevention standards, and collaborating with peers and supervisors. Prior retail experience is beneficial; flexible scheduling is required.

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and follow loss prevention standards.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store safety, recovery, and overall store operations.
