This position is expected to last 90 days from the date of hire.
This position requires a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
As a Retail Engagement Specialist, you will spend your day on the road traveling throughout your assigned territory to visit retail locations and build strong relationships with merchants. You will educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, provide ongoing support, answer questions, maintain in-store materials, and document each visit while managing a daily route of approximately 22-30 locations. This relationship-focused role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, connecting with people, and spending their workday out in the field.
Travel throughout your assigned territory visiting approximately 22-30 retail locations per day, depending on geography and scheduling. Engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner. Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits. Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to build merchant understanding and confidence. Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and in-store branding. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Manage a mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up throughout the day. Work independently in the field while partnering closely with leadership and training teams to meet territory goals and coverage expectations.
