Acosta is seeking a Temporary Retail Coverage Merchandiser in SLIDELL, LA. You will support displays, stock products, and drive promotional execution across multiple stores, with independent daily scheduling and local travel between sites.

The role offers a dynamic field environment with brand exposure in major grocery channels. You will lift up to 40 lbs, use tablets and mobile tools, and report progress to your manager while enjoying steady, full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Min 6 months retail experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using tablets, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, customer service ability, and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Visit, support, and drive strong display standards for a territory of 20-40 stores.
• Sell pre-approved incremental items to support promotions and build secondary displays.
• Ensure client products are stocked, properly displayed, and positioned to drive incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory issues.
• Complete client-required audits and submit same-day reporting through mobile technology.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products, regularly lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Receive promotional and marketing materials at home and deliver them to stores for installation.
• Pre-sell and build displays that enhance product visibility.
• Capture and upload photos of completed work to demonstrate merchandising execution.
• Partner with store leadership and associates while staying in communication with the direct manager via phone, email, and text.
