Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for Warehouse | Picking & Packaging positions. This temporary repack role offers full-time hours with a temp-to-hire path and weekly pay. A valid driver's license is required for forklift training eligibility.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling, storing stock, maintaining safety, and assisting with efficiency improvements. High school diploma desired; forklift certification is a plus; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand through shifts.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Active forklift certification is a plus.

• Process orders by picking, packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery/pickup.
• Receive, document, and store warehouse stock.
• Perform inventory controls and quality checks for audits.
• Maintain clean, and safe work environment.
• Record daily logs and report any discrepancies.
• Work along supervisors and coworkers to complete daily tasks.
• Operate and maintain machines (such as forklift) and equipment.
• Assist with increasing efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.

Temporary Repack position (2-3weeks). Details for Warehouse | Picking & Packaging position: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service Weekly Pay Possible forklift training (Must have valid driver’s license) $17

Job duties for Warehouse | Picking & Packaging:

Process orders by picking, packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery/pickup

Qualifications and desired skills for Warehouse | Picking & Packaging:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Understanding of warehouse practices and methods

Ability to stand for duration of shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
