Gallagher is seeking an energetic L&H licensed insurance professional to join a remote enrollment support team. This temporary role handles prospective and existing client interactions via phone, email, and digital channels, guiding them through enrollment and insurance options.

The position offers $30/hour, is fully remote, and supports open enrollment through year-end. Hours are 8 per day, 8:30am–7:00pm ET, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance License and AHIP Certification.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new client sales from leads generated by promotions, web marketing, and campaigns.
• Handle customer service/sales inquiries via telephone, email, and digital channels.
• Maintain departmental metrics such as timely inquiry resolution and call quality.
• Educate clients on available insurance products and services.
• Guide clients through enrollment processes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to stay updated on changes.
