Sound Physicians is seeking a Temporary Clinical Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for remote physician advisors. The role involves coordinating case reviews, maintaining EMR access, and assisting with onboarding for remote clinical staff.

The position is full-time temporary for about three months, with rotating shifts between 7am–9pm ET and potential extension based on needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2 years general business administration experience in a professional setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to facilitate appeal letter requests and case creation.
• Prepare EMR materials and PDFs for physician advisor reviews.
• Schedule peer-to-peer reviews between physician advisors and insurer medical directors.
• Resolve issues blocking physician reviews and ensure information complete.
• Triaged case requests to meet deadlines and manage workload.
• Prepare PowerPoint, Word, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets as requested.
