Rowan College at Burlington County seeks a Temporary Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical education for the Radiography Program during leaves.

Responsibilities include site visits, student evaluations, competency oversight, and coordination with clinical affiliates, with reporting to the Radiography Program Director. This role supports continuity of education and program operations through the end date March 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and ARRT certification/registration.
• At least one year of instructor experience in a JRCERT-accredited program and two years of clinical experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Correlate and coordinate clinical education and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Participate in didactic and/or clinical instruction.
• Support the Program Director to assure effective program operations.
• Participate in accreditation and assessment processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of the discipline, educational methodology, program policies, procedures, and student progress.
• Maintain communication with the Program Director, College personnel, and clinical affiliates regarding student placement and site evaluations.
• Identify at-risk students and develop appropriate action plans.
• Maintain required student clinical evaluation and procedure records.
• Participate in program and learning outcomes assessment.
