Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to join our team in a patient-centered care role. You will deliver direct patient care, supervise staff, and contribute to wellness services within a busy community pharmacy.

The position requires an active pharmacist license, Pharm.D or equivalent, and immunizer certification. You will participate in disease state management and medication optimization while supporting community health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Must have an active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians, clerks and pharmacy interns.
