Job summary

Minis is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting customers, assessing needs, and recommending merchandise. You will promote the store’s membership program and help drive sales while maintaining a welcoming environment and energetic service.

This role requires strong communication and customer service orientation, basic math, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
