Job summary

Masiello Employment Services is seeking several Packagers for a temporary opportunity with a manufacturing client in Brattleboro, Vermont. In this team-focused role you will operate automated equipment and hand-pack items, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Training is provided to help you gain manufacturing experience.

Shifts are 12 hours with rotating days and nights. Day shift runs 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; night shift 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 12-hour rotating day or night schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and safety.
• Team player in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in cold, wet, or noisy conditions.
• Training provided on packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Package products using automated equipment and hand-packing.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate with team to support production operations.
• Prepare work areas and materials for incoming shifts.
• Monitor equipment and report potential issues or improvements.
• Move products and materials throughout the production area, including pallet jack operation after training.
• Support the production team with additional tasks as needed.
