Job Skills / Requirements

Security Officer – Overnight

We are seeking reliable Security Officers to provide access control and site security at a temporary overnight assignment.

Duties:

• Perform access control, including metal detection wanding and bag searches.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and monitor individuals entering and exiting the site.
• Check and store excess baggage and personal belongings as needed.
• Guard designated entrance and exit points.
• Conduct periodic security tours throughout the site.
• Monitor, manage, report, and escalated security concerns or incidents as needed.

Shift/Schedule:

• 7 days a week | Multiple Openings
• 12.5-hour overnight shifts, approximately 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Expected end: April 30, 2027, weather permitting
• High likelihood of overtime opportunities

Pay Rate:

• $17.75 per hour

Candidates Should Be Prepared For:

• Working in an environment with transient individuals
• Long overnight shifts
• Working weekends and holidays as needed

This is a temporary assignment. Upon completion of the assignment, guards may have the opportunity to transfer to other available security positions.
