Atlanta International School (AIS) seeks an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day school operations at the Buckhead Campus. You will handle work orders, event updates from Veracross, invoicing, and transportation coordination for field trips, while assisting with front desk duties and records.

The Operations Coordinator at Atlanta International School is a vital member of the operations administrative team, ensuring smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations of the school. This role is essential in maintaining a well‑organized environment and providing excellent service to students, parents, staff, and visitors.

Reports to: Operations Manager
FLSA: Non‑Exempt, Full‑Time, Hourly (40 Hours)
Position Status: 3‑Month Employee (Temporary)
