Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members at TJ Maxx in Parma, OH. This role emphasizes customer experience, sales support, and adherence to store procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage with customers, assist with purchases and returns, and contribute to maintaining an inviting store environment. Prior retail experience is preferred; candidates should be able to lift merchandise and adapt to changing priorities throughout shifts.

• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
