The Medical Records Clerk processes requests for release of medical record information, assuring the confidentiality of medical records. The individual in this role will process requests for forms and medical records from patient unit and support the Medical Record Department by performing various clerical functions and assuring smooth functioning of daily departmental operations. This is a temporary position working 8 hours per week.
