Job summary

This role follows standard work practices and safety procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output, delivering product to internal and external customers in alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing, with hands-on ability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Set up and operate workstations including loading, trimming, wrapping, and forming tasks.
• Handle materials such as loading, catching finished goods, stacking, and moving materials.
• Monitor machine output and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Perform production tasks using hand and power tools and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with shift housekeeping.
• Train new hires on equipment, procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure Quality Control is performed at each work center based on QC standards.
