• Performs all maintenance and repairs: includes monitoring and changing of light bulbs, changing filters, cleaning HVAC ducts, patching, painting of walls, and all other maintenance duties.
• Assists with the security of the building and grounds; monitors periodically for security of structure, contents, and public safety.
• Ensures exhibits at the museum are cleaned and maintained daily.
• Organizes and cleans artifact storage areas.
• Ensures bathrooms are maintained: to include paper products, soap, and similar materials.
• Notifies supervisor when supplies get low to allow time to re-order.
