United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an entry-level Cook for a temporary assignment in Bastrop, Texas. You will set up and maintain a clean workstation, complete daily prep tasks, and assist the team to meet service standards.

The role involves cooking and plating dishes, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring equipment and areas are clean. Must have basic food safety knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Culinary degree or 2+ years in food service preferred.
• Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Willingness to obtain TX food handler card.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, work, and maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Complete daily prep tasks.
• Help the team meet time and quality standards set by the supervisor.
• Cook and plate completed dishes for service.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work/storage areas.
