Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic chemistry, microbiology, and food science.
• Experience working with food ingredients and processing equipment.
• Ability to write reports, follow SOPs, and clean equipment.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 lbs of food material.
• Stand for extended periods, wear PPE, scrub equipment.
