The W Group is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide to join our team at New Haven Manor in Far Rockaway, NY on a maternity leave assignment. The role runs evenings, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, including weekends, for about 3 months with an immediate start.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, support medications per protocol, and perform light housekeeping. A NY State HHA certification, reliability, and compassion are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Current New York State HHA certification required.
• Recent physical, including drug screen and titers.
• Availability for evening shifts, including weekends.
• Reliability and punctuality, with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Patience, compassion, and respect for older adults.

• Support residents with medications according to facility protocol.

The W Group is looking for a dependable, caring Home Health Aide to join our team on a temporary basis while one of our team members is on maternity leave. What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support residents with medications according to facility protocol
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry to keep residents' spaces clean and comfortable
• Provide companionship and emotional support, treating every resident with dignity and respect
• Observe and report any changes in residents' condition to the supervisor

What You Bring
