MCM Worldwide Limited is seeking a customer-facing team member in Houston for the holiday season. You will welcome clients and help create memorable luxury shopping experiences in-store, supporting styling, gift wrapping, replenishment, and checkout processes.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, elegance in client areas, and personalized hospitality, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.

• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Support the sales team with styling, gift wrapping, replenishment, and checkout assistance.
• Keep client areas elegant and organized, ensuring the boutique reflects MCM’s global standards.
• Provide hospitality and personalized service, enhancing every step of the client journey
• Assist with inventory, special projects, and operational tasks as needed.
