The Hands-On History Operations Support Specialist is responsible for the financial processing and administrative support of registration for youth camp and out-of-school-time programs. This position exists to provide essential organizational support by handling registration data input, verifying discounts, calculating payments, submitting invoices, tracking payment status, and supporting child care licensure compliance. This is a key administrative support position that interfaces directly with program staff and customer registration data.
This is a remote position that requires one day of in-person onboarding and training at History Colorado Center and other on site visits if needed. Up to 5 hours of availability must fall between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday; other hours can be completed outside of this timeframe.
This position requires up to 20 hours of availability and commitment per week, depending on the variability of enrollment for out-of-school programming. More hours may be required between January-March.

Fair Pay & Compensation: History Colorado is committed to pay equity. The posted salary range represents our good faith estimate for this role.
