The candidate will read architectural plans, interpret glazing options, and coordinate with sales and internal teams to manage quotes, maintain records, and travel with the sales team as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret architectural drawings to prepare estimates.
• Provide detailed take-offs from lists, drawings, or specs.
• Experience with glazing systems and their applications.
• Strong geometry and math skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed estimates from material lists, shop drawings, or elevations.
• Follow up on estimates and provide market pricing feedback.
• Achieve sales and margin targets; monitor costs vs estimates.
• Consult with customers, sales force, and internal personnel.
• Maintain organized records of quotes and bid documents.
• Travel with outside sales personnel as required.
