Job summary

TrendHR is seeking a dependable Temporary Data Entry Clerk in Plano, TX to support a short-term project for a hospice organization. Salary is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, starting immediately and ending around 9/18.

Training will be provided and no payroll experience is required. Primary duties include copying data from Excel into the payroll system, maintaining accuracy while handling employee records, and performing routine data-entry tasks in a professional office

Responsibilities

• Work from an Excel spreadsheet containing employee information.
• Copy information from a designated field in Excel.
• Paste that information into the appropriate field within the company's payroll system.
• Work through employee records accurately and efficiently.
• Double-check entries for accuracy.
