Job summary

Ōnin Staffing in Montgomery, AL seeks a data-driven professional to collect, validate, and analyze production and equipment performance data. You will build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize trends and support continuous improvement.

You will support root cause analysis, monitor KPIs related to production, downtime, quality, and maintenance, and help automate reporting to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience applying statistical analysis methods to manufacturing data.
Familiarity with MES, SAP, or manufacturing databases.
Proficiency in automation tools (VBA, Python) and dashboard creation.

Job description

Collect, validate, and analyze production and equipment performance data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Support root cause analysis and equipment improvement projects through statistical analysis and trend identification. Create automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting efforts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) related to production and downtime, quality, and maintenance activities. Assist in data cleanup, standardization, and database management efforts. Support management presentations by preparing data-driven summaries and recommendations. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Skills and Experience

Knowledge of statistical analysis methods. Experience with production systems MES, SAP, or manufacturing databases. Familiarity with VBA, Python, or other automation tools.
