Job summary

XPDEL, Inc. in Norcross, GA is seeking a contingent Custodian/Janitor to perform routine cleaning and maintenance under supervision. The role involves floor care, trash removal, and sanitation of restrooms and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Dust furniture and walls.
• Wipe and sanitize surfaces; clean refrigerators.
• Prepare cleaning solutions per specs; mix chemicals.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse to GMP standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Contingent Custodian/Janitor

Perform routine janitorial work of facilities under general supervision and additional maintenance duties, as needed.

Key Results Area:

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash and recycling.
• Clean, sanitize, and supply restrooms, break room,s or other areas with supplies.
• Clean glass partitions and mirrors.
• Dust furniture and wall partitions.
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize refrigerators.
• Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe environment that complies with GMP standards.
• Various other job duties as assigned.
