Job summary

Private Medical seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for an on-site role in Los Angeles, providing adult primary care in a concierge setting. You will partner with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality, personalized care, including home visits when needed, with a focus on relationships and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active CA RN license with BLS, 3+ years of experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license & BLS certification
• Minimum of three (3) years as an RN in a hospital or outpatient clinic
• Bachelor’s degree required, BSN preferred
• Excellent communication and written skills
• The ability to harness independence and autonomy, when necessary, as well as the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work after hours or on weekends, if necessary
• Positive and proactive!
• Sound clinical and personal judgment and professional demeanor
• Proven leader with track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service
• Advanced computer literacy, primarily with Apple products

Responsibilities

• Provide world class, comprehensive, customized nursing care to our patients — this includes seeing patients in our office for appointments and doing house calls as needed to the patients' homes
• Work closely with teams of doctors and patient care coordinators to ensure best patient health and satisfaction outcomes
• In addition to working with patients in the Private Medical office, you will prepare for and execute all-inclusive visits to patients’ homes and offices
• Perform blood draws, IV therapies, therapeutic phlebotomy, and routine and travel vaccinations
• Correspond directly with patients on a routine basis, fostering a relationship of trust and reliability
• Coordinate prescriptions and refills with pharmacies worldwide
• Document all therapies, procedures, medications, and clinically relevant patient interaction into the electronic medical record
