Job summary

Tekton Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) for a temporary role to manage day-to-day coordination of clinical trials, ensuring GCP compliance and data integrity. The CRC will liaise with investigators, sponsors, participants, and regulatory bodies while maintaining participant safety and study quality.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple trials concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have GCP familiarity and knowledge of FDA regulations, and experience with regulatory documentation.
• Experience with pediatric and adult phlebotomy and specimen processing is preferred.
• Proficiency with EDC systems and MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
• Recruit, screen, consent, and schedule study participants per protocol requirements.
• Collect, process, package, and ship laboratory specimens per protocol and sponsor requirements.
• Maintain source documentation, regulatory binders, and study records in compliance with GCP and FDA regulations.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events.
• Prepare regulatory documents including IRB submissions and protocol amendments.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and staff for successful study conduct.
• Assist with monitoring visits, sponsor audits, and inspections.
• Use EDC and CTMS to maintain accurate study data.
