Job summary

Integral Senior Living is hiring a Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, creating a safe home-like environment in our California communities.

You will assist with daily living activities, maintain room cleanliness, and help residents stay independent with dignity and safety, working within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as instructed (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and other enrichment activities.
