Sylvania in Philomath, OR, is seeking an instructional coach to conduct one-on-one and small group sessions, model interventions, and support classroom staff with student plans. The role emphasizes data collection on student behavior and collaboration with families.
The position involves coaching on Zones of Regulation, participating in IEP meetings, and maintaining safety while assisting in implementing individual student plans.
Under the direction of school administration, responsible for one-on-one and small group instructional coaching sessions with students using a variety of strategies. Also responsible for gathering and charting data related to student behavior; modeling intervention strategies; and assist classroom and instructional support staff in implementation of individual student plans.
This is a temporary position beginning September 14th and going through December 18th. Monday through Friday 7.0 hours/day on all studentcontact days.
