Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to serve as a trusted advisor who helps guests select products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. Working closely with each guest, you will help them discover and express their personal style while incorporating Kate Spade pieces into their wardrobe.
You will build connections, drive sales through storytelling, maintain store operations, and participate in omni/virtual selling techniques.

As a Stylist, you will serve as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who assists customers in selecting products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. Working closely with each guest, you will help them discover and express their personal style while incorporating Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including but not limited to public holidays).
Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
Base Pay Range: $15.00 – $19.50 per hour.
