Job summary

Seattle University is seeking detail-oriented temporary undergraduate admissions application readers to help meet our undergraduate application review goals. The position offers 10–20 hours per week with hybrid work eligibility and onboarding on the Seattle campus.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in undergraduate admissions or college counseling, plus familiarity with the Common Application and holistic review process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Undergraduate Admissions or College Counseling.
  • Located in Washington state; ability to come to Seattle University campus for onboarding and training.
  • Familiarity with the Common Application and holistic application review preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review undergraduate applications using holistic review to support admission decisions.
  • Assist with onboarding and training logistics for temporary staff.
  • Collaborate with admissions team to meet review goals during peak periods.
