Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor for a full-time role. You will deliver routine chiropractic care in a streamlined clinic setting, focusing on improving patient lives.

This position requires a DC degree, a valid DC license, NBCE or SPEC exam, and eligibility for malpractice insurance, with opportunities for professional growth and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college is required.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state is required.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam is required.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations
