Job summary

Hybrid Apparel is seeking a Supervisor, Operations (Temporary) in San Bernardino to direct multiple warehouse functions during the 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM shift. This working supervisor role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing labor, training, and performance, while coordinating with Traffic, Inventory, and Fulfillment teams to ensure accurate orders and timely ship windows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related warehouse experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with inventory management and WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse operations to meet customer requirements and company goals.
• Supervise picking, packing, inventory accuracy and shipment quality.
• Conduct daily stand‑up meetings and monitor performance metrics.
• Train and coach associates; ensure safety and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize ship windows and process flow.
