Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck on arrival for cleanliness and temperature.
• Review purchase orders for pickups to ensure accuracy.
• Load product on truck and ensure proper wrapping.
• Record temperatures and lot numbers on special orders when required.
• Inspect deliveries for labels, ingredients, equipment, and packaging accuracy.
• Record received items on ingredient sheet if in direct contact with cheese.
• Inspect labels on deliveries.
• Compare driver paperwork with deliveries.
• Inspect received items for damage and report immediately.
• Store items in correct locations and maintain organized inventory.
• Assist in preparation of shipping orders and conduct inventory checks.
• Implement FIFO for inventory control.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Follow instructions from Manager and perform other duties as directed.
